WE ARE CHANGING OUR APPOINTMENT SYSTEM!
Following feedback from patients and recnising the difficulties there have been over the last year in accessing a GP appointment quickly and simply, we are making changes to our appointment system that will start in the New Year.
We will be making more appointments available to book on the day without having to speak to a doctor on the phone firts. We are also working to try and bring the wait for a routine appointment down from the current three to four weeks, and to have the appointment diary available longer in advance.
Please bear with us during December as we prepare to make these changes. We will always seen medically necessary patients that day, but if your problem is not medically urgent you may be asked to phone back nearer the day you want your appointment until we have completed all the work necessary on the computer system.
YOUR PATIENCE DURING THIS TIME IS APPRECIATED - WE ARE TRYING TO MAKE OUR SYSTEM WORK BETTER FOR YOU.

Bath Lodge doctors' surgery in Bitterne provides the highest quality healthcare to patients in the Southampton area. Bath Lodge Practice has been in Bitterne for many years, initially in Bath Road, but in 1985 we moved to purpose-built Bitterne Health Centre where our surgery is situated on the first floor of the building. Access for the disabled and pushchairs is by lift.
Our doctors, nurses and all our other staff are dedicated to offering a professional service and this surgery website will help us to keep all our patients up to date with news and information about our practice. We will keep it current with any developments or other details that we feel are relevant to you. .

You will need to bring ID into the surgery on your next appointment. Once we have seen your ID the system will allow you to continue to use it to book appointments.
